Terms and Conditions

Before filling up the google docs, please read the following terms and conditions.

Usage of artwork
• PERSONAL USE ONLY. artworks may be used as profile pictures, PNG V-Tubers, banners, and etc.
• It must NOT be IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE used for profit (Merch such as t-shirts, pins, mugs, & etc.).
• Artwork must be credited to the artist, under Leviathan, if the commissioner does decide to post it.
• The rights for the Artworks will be owned by me. I am allowed to post artwork in social media unless stated/requested otherwise. However, I am still allowed to post it on my portfolio with the label of 'commissioned'.
• It must NOT be fed to AI. Feeding my artwork into any AI engine/generator is prohibited.Payment
• Through PayPal or Ko-fi. Be sure to send a PROOF OF PAYMENT directly to me only, through Gmail to avoid middlemen.
• Please fill up the google documents when commissioning. I only respond in google forms to avoid messy and unorganized data.
• Once your form has been approved/accepted, I will send an E-mail confirmation.
• I will begin a rough sketch once 50% down payment (DP) has been sent.
• Before proceeding to the line art, I will be requiring you to pay the remaining 50% of the payment.
• You may ask for a partial refund during rough sketching, but the artist will keep 20% of the total cost minimum. once the rough sketch has been approved and the line art is in process, refunds will no longer be allowed.
• If for reasons that I cannot complete the artwork commissioned, I can give a partial refund which depends on how much of the artwork has been completed. the minimum total cost would be 20%
• Listed prices are base prices. prices may increase depending on the complexity as well as the additional details for the commission.
• Priority orders have the additional fee of 25% of overall total cost of the commission.Process
• After the initial 50% payment, I will send a sketch for the commissioner to review. The commissioner may ask for major adjustments (total of 2) in this stage before proceeding to finish the artwork.
• Once confirmation is received (fully paid the rest) Refunds will NOT be accepted, unless issued by me.
• Once the artwork is finished, commissioner will get to review the artwork as well as request to have two (2) separate minor revisions. Major revisions, or revisions exceeding the provided amount will be charged with additional fees.
• Additional fees will need be be paid in full before the artist proceed.
• Once the artwork is finished and finalized, I will send a full resolution image of .png files for commissioner's personal use and .jpeg watermarked files which may be posted for social media.
• ALL DIGITAL products will be sent through G-mail.
• Rest assured that your order WILL be received in under 2 months.Disclaimer
• Do not claim my artwork as yours.
• I can decline commissions I deem as too problematic, or anything I'm not comfortable in making.
• I can decline a piece that I deem too far from my current skill level to reach or for any reason listed below.
• This includes:
Highly detailed backgrounds
Complicated perspective work
Highly political or damaging requests
Complicated mecha artworks (robotic, tanks, etc.)
• Base prices are non-negotiable.

Commission Rules

• You can request major changes such as poses during rough sketching. But once the rough sketch has been approved, any further changes will not be applicable unless it is a minor change such as flat colors or change of color palettes. You can only request a MINOR change once the commission has been finished. Exceeding revision or major revisions will require you to pay an additional charge.
• Additional props outside of the character will be charged.
• It is most recommended that you send references I can follow. Without a reference, it might take longer for me to finish the commission and there will be an extra charge.
• For NSFW commissions, please provide an ID stating that you are 18 or above.
